Absolutely Incredible! If you’re even thinking about trying pho, stop searching and go to The Pho House in Edison. My girlfriend and I went today for the first time, and we both looked at each other halfway through the meal and agreed—it was hands down the best food we’ve ever had. The broth was unbelievably rich and flavorful, the meat was tender, the noodles were cooked perfectly, and every bite just got better than the last. You can tell they put a lot of care into making everything fresh. The portions were generous, the restaurant was clean, and the service was friendly. We honestly expected it to be good, but it completely blew away our expectations. This wasn’t just a great bowl of pho—it was one of the best meals we’ve ever had. We were already talking about coming back before we even finished eating. 20/10. Easily our new favorite restaurant, and we’re definitely coming back next week. If you’ve never had pho before, this is the place to start. You won’t regret it. 🍜❤️

I stopped by this restaurant for lunch on a whim and was pleasantly surprised by how good it was! The food was absolutely delicious, especially the Spicy Lemongrass Pho, which was flavorful, aromatic, and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of spice. The Thai tea was also amazing and paired perfectly with the meal. On top of the great food, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. It was truly a wonderful dining experience from start to finish. I'll definitely be coming back often and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a delicious meal! 🤤

This is an amazing Vietnamese spot with a lot of parking, friendly service, well thought out seating and a restroom on site. Very easy to get to from Route 1. This spot has really spoiled me, surprisingly they have better Pho than Vietnam, confirmed on my recent trip to Vietnam. The only thing that can be improved is whole check out experience with a heavy emphasis of high tipping percentages, the least you can tip is 18%, unless you want to do the click of shame and go to custom.

Stopped by The Pho House in Edison and ordered the short rib pho, and it absolutely delivered. The broth had that deep, slow-simmered flavor you want from good pho — rich, clean, and comforting without being overly salty. The short rib was tender and generous, practically falling off the bone, and added a lot of depth to the bowl. The portion size was solid and came loaded with fresh bean sprouts, herbs, and veggies that balanced everything nicely. What really made the experience better was the service and ambiance. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the restaurant had a relaxed, cozy vibe that made it easy to sit back and enjoy the meal. For anyone looking for good halal pho in the Edison area, this spot is definitely worth checking out. I’ll definitely be back to work my way through the rest of the menu.
